Many streams, lakes and waterfalls shape Yosemite’s scenery.
Granite domes are one of the specificities of the park.
There are hundred of hiking paths taking you to a journey, throught conifer forests, to see the wildlife and reach the park’s peaks.
You can find, in the park, few hundred giant sequoias nearby Mariposa Grove. They can reach between 164 and 279 feet (50 and 85 meters high) and between 6 and 9 yards wide (6 and 8 meters), making us feeling very small next to them.
